Our Story
In 1960's and 70s Hong Kong, roadside hawker stalls were where most people went - whether for a quick bite or a proper meal with the family. These iconic street-side eateries were known as Tai Pai Tong.

Our name Café TPT comes from the initials of Tai Pai Tong, and tribute to that golden era of Hong Kong street food. We set out to bring those bold, comforting favours to the heart of London's Chinatown.

Our philosophy is simple: Serve honest, hearty dishes, inspired by the flavours and spirit of those times - freshly made, full of character, and meant to be shared.
